These private villas were a full build out renovation that combined the exterior look of the previous architectural structure, while giving the interior an upgraded modern feel with the polished concrete floors, marble and onyx accents, high ceilings and handcrafted parota cabinets, doors and interior wood shutters. Located on a bluff between La Ropa beach and Playa Madera, these homes are walking distance to the beach via the private stairway from the villas that lead down to the waterfront walkway.
